🌿 "Spring Floral Arrangement"

\n

Vast mountains and fields, where spring's blossoms first awaken.
Slanting branches cast delicate shadows, as profuse flowers gently unfold.

What we call spring
is not merely the bustling, vibrant blooms atop the branches,
but also the subtle, quiet resurgence of life
hidden in the smallest details—

Teacher Xi from RAW follows the rhythm of the four seasons,
guiding us into the wilds of nature
to gather seasonal treasures such as peach blossoms, cherry blossoms, loropetalum, and ginkgo berries,
and to condense the full radiance and vitality of spring
into a compact floral creation,
for a serene appreciation of spring's refined beauty.

🍀 [A Blooming Tree] Lobby Bar Floral Artwork
Floral materials: pink/white baby's-breath, Chinese tallow berries, dried branches, a water jar...

Set against a black jar, clusters of pink and white baby's-breath bloom abundantly, while branches adorned with Chinese tallow berries and withered wood intertwine, fully capturing the bright, sunny essence of spring.

The branches dance gracefully, seemingly leaping out; as you approach, a delicate scent of grass and foliage fills the air. From a distance, it evokes the image described in Xi Murong's poem "A Flowering Tree," which is why we chose this name.

The baby's-breath is maintained without water, allowing it to dry naturally into preserved flowers—mirroring how all things in spring burst into vibrant bloom and then gently fade into serene stillness, following the rhythm of the seasons.

🌸 "Spring Splendor Duo" Lobby Floral Arrangement
Floral materials: peach blossoms, cherry blossoms, loropetalum, hydrangeas, green moss, Chinese tallow berries, a dead tree stump, a mandarin official's chair, Yue kiln celadon...

Using a circular disc as the backdrop, the design ingeniously features both sides, resembling the contrasting colors of Suzhou embroidery. Interspersed with Yue kiln celadon wares, it integrates Shangyu's local culture, harmonizing glaze colors with artistic charm.

One side captures a Jiangnan window scene: bamboo leaves hang gracefully, while branches of Chinese tallow trees weave through them, creating a balance of strength and softness. A withered stump is covered in moss, and hydrangeas bloom in succession. Beside it stands an official hat chair, as if awaiting a beautiful lady holding a fan to sit quietly, presenting a gentle spring atmosphere.

The other side is laid out with green moss, where peach blossoms, cherry blossoms, and flowering quince compete in full bloom, scattered among black water jars, evoking the vibrant vitality of a spring mountain landscape.
