Steamed green glutinous rice bun

"Dongsan Traditional Ching Ming Fruit" is a dish that combines traditional flavors with innovative elements. The dish is made from glutinous rice flour and rice noodles, with the addition of mugwort lake into the dough, adding a unique flavor to the Qingming Festival. During the preparation process, the chef selected spring bamboo shoots, diced pancetta, snow peas and shrimp skin, which were stir-fried to become a richly flavored filling. These fillings are wrapped in a dough of glutinous rice powder and rice flour and steamed in a cage for 6-8 minutes. The outer layer of Qingming Guo is fluffy and delicate, and the inner filling is fresh and delicious.
